What should i do?? reflux?

How long did you leave her on the Zantac? It took my daughter a few days for it to start working. She has silent reflux though so I could just tell it was helping by how much better she was sleeping. Some babies just spit up. She may just be a spitty baby. Is she really fussy after her bottle? Or refusing feeds? If not, then just give her however much food she wants to eat. She may just always spit up after her bottle, so be prepared with a cloth. Eventually she will grow out of it. I would keep trying to Zantac if your doctor didn't tell you to take her off of it, just to see if it works. Give it a few days. Also, are you burping her very often? My daughter is a very burpy baby. I can get huge burps out of her even when she hasn't had a bottle recently. I think she swallows a lot of air or something. If she isn't burped all the way that can cause her to spit up. Especially with reflux. I know it is so frustrating and exhausting, but just keep trying different things. Give each things a few days before giving up on it too. Eventually you will find something that works for you and your baby.
