Will I be alright taking Metoprolol Succinate, Clonazepam, Zoloft, and Prilosec together?

I am currently taking 25mgs of Zoloft, 50mgs of Metoprolol Succinate, 20mgs of Prilosec, and 0.5mgs of Clonazepam daily. I was wondering if it is safe to be taking these medicines together, and would I have any long term effects from doing so? I am 38 year old male with chronic anxiety. I also have a rare genetic heart disorder called Brugada Syndrome. Although I have an Implanted ICD. It has never fired during the 6 years I've had it. I also have gerd, IBS, and Asthma.
