What is the most fashionable hair cut at the moment?

I would really like to have my hair cut, but I want something that's going to look good. Currently, I have long brownish red hair, but I need at least 3 inches taken off because of damaged ends. I open to any hair cuts really, just looking for opinions on what's hot right now?
