Someone please help?? Real chest pains?

I have Ben smoking marijuana for years now and in January ibhad discovered gerd which is a reflux disease and I have been smoking and drinking lately.does my chest hurts because of my addiction? How to take care of my health problems? I wanna do better for myself.. I don't wanna suffer anymore ( tears) please help...
