Serious question here...?

i recently bought a one of those gatorade bottles from ***** sporting goods and it says its 32 fluid ozs on the bottom, i drank 4 of them i beleive well about 3.75 probably is that to much water for one day?? bc i forced my last drink down and its like i have a lump in my throat....keep in mind i have anxiety and GERD...
