Needing help with a 14 month old not sleeping through the night.?

I have a 14 months old son who still does not sleep all night. give a little back ground on him- he was lactose intolerant, gerd and colicky all at the same time. he is no longer lactose or colicky but still had some problems with gerd. I have tried different things including letting him fuss, later dinners, baths, even sleeping with him. None of this has worked. If there are any sugestions i am open to them. please help. moms in need of her sleep too.
