Would breathing tests show signs of cancer ?

I suffer with health anxiety , about 12 months ago i was diganosed with asthma, i have had chest x rays and have to go to hospital to have breathing tests, i also suffer with GERD and nasal drip through sinus problems. My breathing seem to be getting worse and i get pain after eating in the top of my stomach going through to my back ??? would the hosp pick up on signs of lung cancer , when i have my breathing tests ?? oh also i have allergies
