Pain in my lower abdomen every day for the last six months. ?

I'm NOT a doctor. What you need to do though is investigate this further with a General Practitioner Physician. First, get a pregnancy test. If you find you are pregnant, go see an OB/GYN specialist. You could have a tubular pregnancy or an ovarian cyst from the description of your symptoms. You also could have a hernia. Other possibilities include chronic appendicitis, which is an inflammation of the appendix, but not so much that would cause you an intense pain that would readily signal to a doctor to diagnose. This would elevate your white cell count so you should have a blood draw done to see if you have a specific or generalized infection. By all means seek out professional help and don't rely on information here. Since you've had this a while it won't likely clear up without a proper diagnosis and attention.
