I took my perscription and then I threw up, should I take them again?

It was something for stomach ulcers or GERD (I don have either one, long story why I'm taking them) but right after I took it I threw up(no it was not because of the medicine, it was because of something I ate.) Oh and I forgot to take them an hour before I ate like Im supposed to so thats why I took them right after. (Apparently they are suposed to take all the acid out of my stomach or something? idk) I'm 13. Should I take it agian?
