How do i get my mom to let me get a scene/emo haircut?

At 11 i dont know. I do not consider my self scene and or emo but my hair is half pink and half purple and i do tease my hair but its pretty hard to talk parents into letting you get stuff done just tell your mom hair grows out and you can cut it different ways. Thats how i got my mom to let me bleach my hair. Hope it helps <3
