Does chest pain warrant a drs visit everytime?

i was at the ER about a month ago for heart palpitations and chest pain. had a normal ekg, and blood work and had my heart monitored for two hours and everything was fine. i went drinking on thursday night just had a few dribks with the girls and ever since than ive been having this heavy burning pain in my chest that also affects my ribs. ive had more normal ekgs than i can remember. and i also have anxiety. should i be okay? i also have gerd
