Any treatments for GERD?

I've been up late every night with nausea and heartburn. Mostly when i lay down, I'm currently taking many medications such as Zantac, Tums, Pepcid, Dexilant, and Promethazine. They're not doing too well of a job for me. Are there any other methods? I've read about a "Alkaline Diet" being the cure but i wasnt to sure if it was legit. Thanks
