What are going to be fashion trends for high school girls in the 2011-2012 school year?
I really want to be fashionable this year. I'm going 2 be a sophomore and i don't want to want to dress like i did freshman year because everyone basically wore the same things. I noe this year people want to stand out but i want to stand out even more so can you please give me some suggestions. They would be really appreciated. Btw i really like forever 21 and Charlotte Russe. Also can you give me makeup tips? I really don't want the "be yourself" comments because if i wanted those i would have gone 2 my mom. I'm sorry but those answers really annoy me.

Hmm.. there are a lot of trends.. There is the boho trend, with maxi skirts, long necklaces, and tribal prints. There is the more chic trend with high waisted skirts, striped nautical shirts, and florals. There are also a lot of fun types of clothes like rompers, white blouses, colored cardigans and TOMS that are in style. Forever 21 is the best place to find really fun clothes, and they sell the best layering tees and fun floral skirts. If you don't want to go too fashionista, I would go for skinny jeans, TOMS, crop tops with a tank top underneath, graphic tees, and fun skirts to mix and match with them. Oh, and some cool sweatshirts too.
For makeup, just basic mascara, eyeliner, and maybe foundation or eyeshadow, depending on the season/day.
