Does this outfit sound good? Leavers Ball?

I have my leavers ball in a few weeks and I need some advice on colours. My dress is plain empire line chiffon, with a column style skirt. The colour is hard to describe its a sort of dark pinky burgundy (HTML colour #990033 you can google it to see) The length of it means i can only wear flat shoes, i was going to pick up some fairly plain sandals but i dont know what colour. I also need to get a big clutch bag but because the colour is so difficult to match with and i now havnt got time to have one dyed to match. I was going to go for a nude colour that is fashionable at the moment (#FFCCCC) I am having my hair half up with a sparkley hair slide and the bottom bit will be loosely curled. I am having simple jewellery. For make up im really not sure, i think i will have natural lips and smokey eyes with a hint of green. I am quite pale so i am very careful about make up, i would love to g for really bright lips but i dont know what would go with my skin or my dress. Opinions ♥♥
