Can gas cause burning in belly?

Can gerd and gas cause burning in stomach and chest??? I have burning in belly and chest all the time i have gerd and ibs.. Have already been checked for an ulcer.. and dont have 1 so jus curious if anyone else with gerd or ibs has burning in their chest and belly,.. thx
